We offer shipping across Australia. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after they are placed, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

3. Delivery Options

We offer the following delivery options:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 3-7 business days depending on your location.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 1-3 business days for faster delivery.
  • Click & Collect: Place your order online and pick it up at our store within 24 hours. You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on external factors, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your order, as well as the delivery location. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over 100 within Victoria.
  • For orders under $100, a shipping fee of $7 applies within Victoria.
  • We offer free standard shipping on orders over 150 across the country.
  • For order under $150, a shipping fee of $10 applies.

5. Delivery Delays

While we strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, please note that delays may occur due to high demand, public holidays, or third-party carrier issues. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors, but we will do our best to keep you informed and updated.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

7. Click & Collect

If you select Click & Collect, you can pick up your order from our store location within 24 hours of receiving the "Ready for Pickup" email. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID when collecting your order.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order. We are not responsible for any delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately to update your details.

9. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through the carrier’s website.
