Change of Mind

We are happy to offer returns or exchanges for products within 30 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in original condition with all packaging intact.
  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt).
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products (unless faulty).

Return Process:

  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.
  3. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is faulty or we have made an error in fulfilling your order.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If the product is defective, damaged, or not as described, we will offer you a remedy under Australian Consumer Law. This may include a repair, replacement, or refund. Please contact us as soon as possible (within 30 days of receiving your order) to arrange a return for faulty products.

How to Return Faulty Items:

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • If the product is faulty or damaged, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • If the return is for a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

Exclusions

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items, gift cards, or opened beauty products due to hygiene and safety reasons (unless faulty).
  • Clearance or discounted items may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
